Nirmitee Arts - Services Drawing and Painting Classes: In our classes students, ages 5 - Adult, are taught basic drawing and painting skills in Step by Step method which create realistic experience for students to explore their inner skills of own creativity and drawing/painting skills. Our students are taught on an individualized basis according to their personal abilities and skills, moving ahead at their own pace. This enables them to learn various techniques and tools to create art for the rest of their own. We build a strong foundation of fundamentals and drawing/painting skills which enable students to eventually follow any artistic path. In our class anyone can learn to draw and paint without having any prior experience.. The student explores drawing and painting mediums such as Water Colors, Oil, Acrylic, charcoal, Pencil Shading, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, oils, and more. Students receive extensive instruction in the use of each painting medium, including color-mixing, painting techniques, and the proper use and care of materials. Each project is also designed to present new challenges. Every effort is made to offer the broadest range of technical experience in each medium, specific to each student's abilities and interests. Ultimately students of all ages develop the ability to draw and paint any subject realistically. Students learn to create Murals, Still-life, Landscapes, Seascapes, Figurative drawing, Portraits, cartoons, and more. Besides learning technical and artistic skills, students gain concentration, patience, focus, pride and confidence in their work. In general, there are three levels. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The beginners level starts with understanding basic elements of Arts like lines, shapes and colors. Slowly, they are introduced to drawing pictures of birds, animals, vehicles, human figures. Everybody has their own pace of learning art. All the classes and levels are taught with individual attention.For Intermediate and Advanced levels, tests are conducted twice a year to trace their progress. Once a year, generally in summer a competition is conducted according to age groups.
